- Implementing programs or projects in cooperation with civil societies and institutions with the same controls that associations are committed to.


- Establishing a database for him in which societies and civil institutions are included in the governorate that he modernizes periodically.


- Take the necessary measures and means to raise the efficiency of workers and volunteers in civil societies and institutions, spreading a culture of volunteering between the sectors of society, developing plans for training and qualification, and following up the evaluation of training programs for the activities he is in the province.


- Coordination with local councils, governorates and competent ministries regarding the needs of the governorate, their capabilities and resources, in a manner that ensures the integration of the efforts of the members and civil institutions member to perform their services, and contribute to setting solutions to societal issues.


- Providing technical and legal support to civil societies and institutions within the governorate, taking into account the provisions of this law.


- An annual conference to evaluate the achievements achieved by the member societies and institutions, and the study and discussion of the topics that are referred to it.


Each regional federation has a board consisting of fifteen members for a four -year period elected by its public association.
